Andrea Lets is run by the tour de force that is Andrea Cooper
Andrea has been running her rentals and letting business for over 18 years. With 65 properties in Barnsley, 55 in Sheffield, and 8 in Doncaster, she can cater for a wide range of requirements – from single professionals to families. She works closely with her landlords offering a full property management service.
Having worked for various large housing associations in South Yorkshire she knows her profession inside and out, from the very basic housing requirements to the full legal aspects of the industry. Her most recent role was as operations manager for a large estate agency. Here she ably demonstrated her excellent organisational skills, applying her usual attention to detail, as well as implementing robust processes and building strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
Andrea Lets, as the name might suggest, takes care of all types of rental properties. Andrea pays keen attention to every detail, and as a result the landlords she works with have become her friends. Nothing is too much trouble for her. If a tenant has a problem, then Andrea will deal with it. Similarly, if a landlord needs something doing, they know they can trust Andrea to handle it.
