Andrea Lets was established in 2003 and was previously known as Step Estates. A business designed to make letting homes as pleasant and stress-free as possible, whether you’re a landlord or a tenant.
We have more than 20 years of specialist experience letting properties in South Yorkshire and can provide you with all the expertise you need to take care of one of the most important things in your life – the place you call home.
Taking pride in our knowledge of the local market we operate solely in the lettings industry giving us the time to devote all of our attention to providing a professional and personable service.
Whilst we might not be able to completely eradicate the stress, we can work hard at reducing it dramatically. We limit the number of properties we handle so that we can provide a personal service to our landlords and tenants.
